Online Self-Tape Auditions
Submission Deadline: December 29, 2024
ALL ROLES PAID!
Ellie, our main character, finds herself at a crossroads. Does she follow the desires of her Mother and have a secure life in the steel-mill town, or does she follow her dreams into the unknown?
It’s Ellie’s 16th birthday. What would normally be a celebratory moment puts the pressure on. She is old enough to work at the steel mill, and her Mom has it all arranged. If she makes her Mom happy, her dreams will rust and flake away like everything else in the gritty town.
Family secrets are revealed by her Father’s gift from beyond the grave. The journey deepens; dark forces manipulate and attempt to derail her.
Then Ellie uncovers the secret power of her Father’s legacy.
It is hers to transform the lives of everyone around her. The power of the gift is true; Ellie comes of age, recommits to herself and her “Muse.” She transforms life into a musical journey that changes the world from the inside out. Ellie learns from her “Muse” that life isn’t a race; it’s a ride, but you have to ride with no hands.
